DO I NEED A VPN?

Whilst you are not required to use a VPN to access our services, more and more Countries/Governments/IPSs are now actively blocking IPTV providers and streams; it is advisable to circumvent their blocking and protect your privacy.

VPN Good Practices.

A VPN, when used incorrectly, will cause more problems with your streaming than it will solve. The object of a VPN is to overcome blocking and to protect your privacy. The following two rules are good VPN practices.

  1. Use a good VPN provider; Free & very cheap VPNs tend to bog down at peak times.
  2. Always select a VPN provider with a Zero Logging policy; if they do not advertise this, STAY AWAY.
  3. Keek your latency down. Too many people install a VPN and use whatever the default endpoint is, DON’T! You want to mask your location, the VPN itself does this, so connect a couple of states over; the further away you select your endpoint, the more latency you add, and the more likely you will experience VPN-induced buffering.
Remember, just by connecting a VPN, your location is hidden, and even connecting to your home town will often outsmart local ISP blocking because you will have crossed their boundary routers with the VPN.

HOW MUCH BANDWIDTH DO I NEED?

Because our streams use H264, the base stream is less than 10Mbps for HD, around 20Mbps for 4K, and 35Mbps for 8K, but the speed that the buffer can recharge is the key to stability 35Mbps is a recommended minimum.

Some of the older movies in the 4K library can require 60Mbps+ to stream stably if you experience buffering, try the FHD version, the quality is extremely good.

Yes, we offer a 24-hour & a 7-day trial. We are not afraid to let people try our service, but we will only offer one trail per user.

24-Hour Trial.
24-hour test. One per customer. We highly recommend our 7-Day trial; 24 hours is not enough time to properly evaluate a system.
Fake names and disposable email accounts will be ignored.

7-Day Trial – €5.00.
We offer a 7-Day trial for just €5 on the homepage; we don’t believe you can properly test the service in 24 hours.

The trial comes with a €5 coupon for our cart that you can use should you decide to upgrade to a full package.

How does the coupon work?

Yes. Because Android devices can access a vast library of apps from Google Play Store, you can turn pretty much anything from a TV to a PC monitor into a Smart TV; all you need is access to the internet and a spare HDMI port.

On almost all Android devices, we recommend using TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro on any device that supports them; these are the best apps out there, and offer the greatest stability, and the most features. For Windows, use IPTV Smarters Pro, VLC and a host of others. Apple devices seem to work best using GSE Smart IPTV.

Does 4K IPTV Buffer?

Because IPTV is streamed over the internet, many things can cause interruptions or buffering in your stream; 4K IPTV is no different to Netflix or YouTube.
Slow or unstable internet speeds cause most buffering problems, but you are always welcome to put a ticket in and ask us to check a particular channel’s stability.
A good rule of thumb is that if all channels are buffering/stuttering, chances are it is an issue with your internet speed or the current load on your connection.

In order to ensure the stability of the service, we carry out regular maintenance of our servers and websites, if there is any scheduled maintenance, it will be carried out between these hours.
